The wines of this area are characterized to present a bigger acidity content. The grapes better adapted to the cold climate and of great thermal width, just as it happens in the vineyards rionegrinos, they are here the pinot noir, the merlot or the sauvignon blanc, the chardonnay and the riesling.

For the specialists, the fact of promoting the name of the Patagonia and of the Argentinean South it can grant commercial advantages in front of a world that looks for original wines, and opens interesting possibilities for the wines of Neuquén, as well as for those of the neighbor Black River.

The wine elaborated for other markets with a different palate you generalized in the Argentina , causing changes in turn in the Argentinean palate. To take a wine tints of one or two years it is at the moment possible while one decade ago it was unthinkable.

This phenomenon that is world, should be accompanied by the consumer's education, because the wine is a product that lives and that according to its composition it reaches its best flavor after certain time.
