Train to the Clouds

The Railroad Belgrano known as "Train to the Clouds" was built by the engineer Richard Fontaine Maury among the years 1923-1948 and it crosses in its journey 29 bridges, 21 tunnels, 13 viaducts and 2 zig zags. For their great height, many times clouds can be appreciated under the bridges or in the hillsides, of there their name. The train travels the Valley of Lerma until the Gulch of Bull and it reaches the 4.200 meters on the level of the sea in the Viaduct The Polvorilla, impressive engineering work that runs off with with a height 70 meters on the river channel.
