The city is crossed by the endless RN 40, and in its contour a brilliant necklace is threaded whose pearls are cracked, two lagoons, a petrified forest, thermal baths, the reservations of The Payunia and Llancanelo and the Gypsum hill. The natural wealth imposes the tourist to combine these visits with the practice of numerous adventure activities.
Toward the south of Malargüe you arrives at the ghastly Cavern of the Witches, a magic and supernatural underground world surrounded by stalactites and stalagmites in varied ways and colors, in the hill Moncol, to the north of the city, on the one in route to the Firewoods, expands the dolinas, enormous wells of still waters. The biggest is the Well of the Souls.
