The collector of the High Cuenca of the Bermejo river in territory jujeño is the river San Francisco , formed by the fork of the Big rivers and Lavayén. Their main tributaries are those of the left riverbank: Negro river, Ledesma, San Lorenzo , Zora and of the Piedras (south to north). In the river Lavayén the rivers converge Mojotoro and of the Pavas. The Grande river is born in Three Cruces and goes from north to south until its union with the river Perico, changing after direction toward the northeast. The main tributaries of the Grande river are from north to south: river Soaks you for the left riverbank and rivers Yacoraite, León, Yala, Reyes, Xibi-Xibi, Los Alisos and Perico.

They belong San Juan river and rivers Grande , The Quiaca, Yavi and Sansana.

Of the rivers without exit to the sea the main ones are: Miraflores, de las Burras, Piscuno that drain in the lagoon of Guyatayoc. The rivers Cincel and Santa Catalina that drain in the lagoon of Pozuelos. The Rosario drains in salting of Olaroz and Cauchari.
