Interesting and varied Walk to know the contrasts of the mountains Pampeanas. Leave The Rioja for the RP 1 to Sanagasta, distant to 32 Km .. In the bifurcation of the road, to the entrance of the village, continue for the left toward the hill of Huaco. Leave the cultivation oasis behind and travel a picturesque arid territory with small positions of goats, while the road ascends offering beautiful perspectives of the valley of Sanagasta . Later on, it will arrive to the hill of the same name that descends to the bolsón of Huaco for a direct larguísima.

Aminga

Anillaco

 

It is a small and gentle town of vineyards, cradle of the President Carlos Menem. Return another time to the RP 1 and advance until the bifurcation with the RP 7 toward the west that allows to return to The Rioja for a shorter circuit, visiting The Mr. of the Rock

If the Walk continues, continue toward the north 3 Km . and turn to the left to arrive to Anjullon.

 

Anjullon

 

has the most beautiful church in the Costa, dedicated San Vicente Ferrer and finished in 1896. Their classic forms of the front, with pilasters, cornices, triangular fronton and an atrium sobreelevado with balustrades, they evidence the late influence of the architecture of the stays Jesuit of Córdoba, lifted in the XVIII century. The extended facade, with their beautiful tower and the annexed houses (XIX century), of sober classicism, they can be appreciated well from the hole of the square, being clipped against the dark serranía.
