Don Miguel, his last heir, was governor of Catamarca in 1830-31. Defeated by Facundo Quiroga it emigrated to Bolivia , where it died. In that time the legal institution of the Mayorazgo had disappeared for disposition of the Assembly of the XIII year and the bonds of properties were dissolved. The Bolivian government, being been worth of a testament awarded to Miguel Díaz of The Rock, it annexed to their territory the jurisdiction of Antofagasta of the Sierra, the one that didn't integrate Argentinean territory up to 1899 again, as Government of The Andes.
The Treasury of Huasán of Andalgalá conserved, in fact, the historical name. At the beginning of the XX century it belonged to the English noblemen Ricardo and Joël Blamey.
